The Buyer is a Dallas based development group and the sale was handled by Alan Schimming, principal broker and owner of Schimming Company.

Texas Roadhouse does not have sufficient parking at their current location and with the purchase of this site will have ample parking for both Texas Roadhouse and Bubba’s 33, which is a Texas Roadhouse concept.
