With the wintery weather outside we have advised our employees to work from home tomorrow.

We are closed today. Long ago I learned that setting the paid holidays for the year and hearing the employees complain about why isn't this day a holiday or why isn't that day a holiday I learned to just give them a set number of days for the year and let them pick their holidays. Now they make a game of it in late December each year, pouring over the coming year's calendar and seeing what days already fall on weekends and strategically planning their holidays. This year they chose to turn Memorial Day Weekend into a four day weekend. I am good with that because holidays are for the employees and that makes them happy. I will be available online working remotely for most of the day. -Jon

We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Training wage is $13/hr -16/hr depending on experience. Word Processing skills are required. Must Show up on time and work full day 8-5 with 1 hr lunch.

For those calling in to ask “Do I have to let my ex have parenting time during the COVVID-19 stay at home order?” Generally speaking a lawyer cannot give you permission to violate a court order. Parenting time orders are court orders. You also can’t say that you won’t give parenting time until you hear back from your lawyer. Our state Supreme Court has issued an order to offer some guidance during the quarantine:
