UPDATE: we have disposed of the physical assets. The places that they have been delivered can speak to that if they wish, I will note that I have brought in the partners in my firm to rebuild Charlie Mike. The board is comprised of experienced retired officers with diverse specialties, from tactics to forensics. The format and business model may appear different but you will find that you will still get amazing training that helps you be safer, smarter, and have the edge! It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you that Adamo, the parent company of Charlie Mike has filed for bankruptcy due to mishandling of funds by the owner. As a result, Charlie Mike as it was, will cease operations as of March 1, 2025.

I have made arrangements with Adamo and after some legal moves, I obtained almost all of the assets, with the exception of the 32’ trailer, which is being auctioned off on the 25th of this month. I thought I would be able to save it, and I have everything except the trailer and after all is said and done, there is no money left to operate.
Charlie Mike is available for purchase, if anyone wants to go into tactical training. The name will Not be part of the package, but the physical assets will be sold or parted out over the next few months. I sincerely apologize for letting you all down, and I’m sorry that I let a company that was unscrupulous take CME away from the world. I hope you all can forgive me.

Charlie Mike is under new ownership! Through a series of events, I have acquired ownership of Charlie Mike, minus some assets that are going to be tied up due to legal reasons outside of Charlie Mike, but with the parent company in San Diego. They will be tied up in bankruptcy proceedings.
I will assume full control on January 1 and until then I will be working on transitioning all the media, social media, website (probably a new one) and establish the new business name which will remain in some form, Charlie Mike. Big Mike Bellard will remain a very integral part of Charlie Mike in its new 4.0 iteration.
We are updating our current curriculum and about to release new courses in the spring. I’m sorry there’s no training calendar yet, but now you can understand the reason.
The new CM Cell number is (254)760-7960. I will be trying to gain access to all the phone numbers currently, but bear with me.
We will continue to deliver the best available training to our officers that is within our capabilities. We will not step backwards on the name and integrity of Charlie Mike. We will move forward and Continue The Mission!

I don’t know how this will work folks, but I can make a few promises. I will do my absolute best to serve our communities by providing quality real life training and free programs to youth groups and schools to the best of my abilities.

I ask for your support and consideration in this transition and if anyone feels like they would like to offer their support by offering a testimonial letter, we would greatly appreciate it.

PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT
A friend of mine received a phone call today from a person claiming to be a deputy with the Bell County Sheriff’s office . He told her that she was going to be arrested and that she needed to go to the Main Street courthouse and meet him to pay her fine. He also told her she would need to log into an application on her phone so that he could track her location to ensure she was going to the sheriffs office.
Please be aware that this is a scam. It is a danger. It has been reported to the Bell County sheriffs office. If you have any questions about anyone calling you saying you have charges fines or other business that you are not aware of ask them for their supervisor’s name and call back to the agency. They should have no objections to you verifying information. Remember, you can be cooperative without volunteering any personal information And anyone in law-enforcement would be happy to authenticate that they are with a legitimate agency because they are all aware of the number of scams that are going around.  Be polite, ask them for their supervisors name and division. Verify verify verify.
