One lesson I keep coming back to is the importance of forgiveness. Holding a grudge doesn’t change what happened—it only changes what we carry forward.

So forgive. Give grace. Help when you can. Make somebody smile. And never forget the people who showed up for you when you needed it most.

Once you work in real estate, you start seeing everything a little differently. 😂🏡

Two homes. Same street. Two successful closings! 🏡🔑

A couple of weeks ago, we closed on 1820 Dorian Dr., a beautiful Denali Construction home, with Jimmy Torres - Vista Real Estate Group representing the buyer.

Then we turned around and closed 1814 Dorian Dr., with Ara McGregor - Broker Associate, Hometown Group - Native Real Estate representing the buyer!

It’s always a great feeling seeing another new construction home go from available to SOLD, but getting to celebrate two closings just a few doors apart makes it even better.

Sometimes making a difference starts with simply noticing what could be better.

I was looking around my parish one day and realized we needed better signage to welcome people and make the entrance feel like it truly represented our church community. Instead of just thinking, “Someone should do something about that,” I started asking what *I* could do.

I even jumped on ChatGPT, started working through ideas, and came up with some concepts. From there, conversations started happening. Parishioners got involved. Our priest got involved. And now, what started as an idea is becoming a monument wall with a bell tower that will welcome people to our parish for years to come.

That’s really the bigger point.

It’s easy to notice something that needs to be done and wait for somebody else to handle it. But imagine what our churches, neighborhoods, and communities could look like if more of us asked:

**“How can I help?”**

You don’t have to be the person with all the answers. You just have to be willing to take the first step, bring people together, and get involved.

See a need. Ask the question. Start the conversation. You might be surprised by what can happen when people come together to make a difference.
