Sometimes the smallest ✨details✨ make a house feel like home.

Swipe through and you’ll see the same bathroom, two different stories. Same tub, same tile, same bones, but a few styled towels, a plant, a tray, and the right lighting completely change how a buyer feels standing in that space.

Staging isn’t fluff, it’s strategy. According to NAR’s 2025 Profile of Home Staging, 83% of buyers’ agents say staging makes it easier for a buyer to visualize a property as their future home. That’s the whole game is helping buyers picture themselves living there before they even step inside.

This is exactly what I do for my agents: walk a listing room by room, spot the gaps, and stage it so it’s ready to make that impression.
