Bankruptcy crooked as a dogs hind leg and someone in this house needs to clean it. When power is exercised in the shadows, motives and ends are hidden and all creditors, banks, the elderly, and every American citizen betrayed; not a desirable quality in financial planners and lawyers. [Bully - Bully]
Senator Susan Collins, R-Maine, needs help from securities regulations to advance a bill to report exploitation of seniors and Mary Jo White, SEC Chairwomen needs help on a fiduciary rule and adherence to best practices; do not mislead and make all fees and important agreements in writing; please help me to shame the Rogues. Your small donation can help make this effort a major success. Creditors have a target on their backs and this is clearly out of whack.
Scam Alert Against Americans. This story should not go away. Creditors matter, deserve respect and this could happen to you. Bankruptcy was just a pig with lipstick until lawyers dressed it up to look like a racehorse. There is nothing "Patriotic" about defrauding American people and banks. Bankruptcy shenanigans is an incredible shell game, an engine for corruption; and we're a nation of laws and that's what make us a republic. Laws need to be enforced and examples made of those who think they're above them. Creditors need to know that the Bankruptcy system, lawyers, banks and its executives have their house in order; It's the taxpayers that end up with the bill. They weave a tapestry of BS meant to intimidate, and it works their con. They operate in total secrecy and most people have no idea what it is... they have never undergone a thorough audit and no matter how badly they screw up, there's no downside, no accountability and no consequences. It's a bank hold up and each creditor is the bank; this hurts the economy and is a rotting cesspool against hard working Americans.
It's past time to shut down rogue's that pick the pockets of individual creditors and banks and jail all responsible. Someone inside our nations justice system should turn-up the heat, stick a fork in their A**, turn'em over, their done.
Today is already tomorrow's fraud which these men yesterday urged creditors to ignore. If there were more prosecutions it may make bad actors "think" about their responsibility under the law. "If this doesn't bother you, it should".
Let's start with actual crime itself:
1. Creditors were not informed of debtors false, unlawful petition for the bankruptcy.
2. Debtor committed perjury under oath.
3. Debtor filed false unlawful bankruptcy statements.
4. Debtors bank statements showing true/correct ownership and amounts were hidden from
creditors.
5. Evidence found by subpoenas were withheld from Creditors.
6. Letters sent between attorneys and U.S. Trustee were kept secret.
7. Creditors kept in dark about a banks approval letter for more than $250,000 to pay debtors
loans.
8. Evidence tampering is wrong and unlawful.
9. Attorney provided ineffective assistance, poor investigating, never contracted his clients
witnesses and inflated his billing for circa $75,000.
10. Informed his client that attorney fees cannot be collected in a bankruptcy case.
11. Debtor never listed his accounts receivables of more than $16,000.00
12. Debtor shifted monies to joint bank account of more than $18,000.00
13. Never listed his office equipment, etc. that he valued at more than $15,000.00.
14. Never listed his customer lists that generate more than $150,000.00 annual commissions
15. Never listed his "previously owned businesses franchise" that he valued at $75,000.00.
16. Never listed his "newly acquired and owned franchise" purchased at $350,000.00.
17. Cover-up of perjury and fraud, protecting colleagues clouds the entire criminal justice
system. "If this doesn't bother you, it should."
FBI Special Agent contacted the fraud whisperer.
According to: Panel of 3 lawyers in ten minutes decided "all creditors must always take a very short hair cut"; director of senior citizen services "trustees and prosecutors will not waste their time filing perjury/fraud charges that rarely every result in a fine and never any jail time"; lawyers coerced client to sign false documents with "we are the experts and you don't know how bankruptcy works"; attorney J "cant help you, colleagues are protected via unwritten code among lawyers". "If this doesn't bother you it should."
The unresponsive: U.S. Attorney General 2013, U.S. Dept. Criminal Division, U.S. District Attorney, National Consumers League, Commission on Aging, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Attorney Grievances Commission, and more than seven law firms. The Justice System is broken and "If this doesn't bother you it should."
Shamelessness , shoddy ethics and criminal conduct may not change; flip side of the First Amendment is the public's right to know and Americans must wonder why their government allows these abuses to continue without enforcing written law__ it was never intended to gather dust on a shelf.
