An accepted offer doesn’t always end with keys, and sometimes that’s a good thing. 🏡🔑

With my buyers purchasing from out of town, we wasted no time and scheduled inspections for the very next day. During the inspection, a water leak was discovered that had made its way underneath the flooring. 💧🔍

After gathering the facts and discussing the situation, my buyers decided this wasn’t the right property to move forward with. The sellers were also comfortable ending the transaction, allowing everyone to move on without unnecessary conflict.

Real estate isn’t about forcing every deal to the finish line. Sometimes the biggest value an agent provides is helping clients feel comfortable about walking away. On to the next opportunity! 🙌
