The 2023 housing market in the Carolinas is still VERY HEALTHY!! Don't hold back if looking to move to the Greenville , SC or Asheville, NC regions. For those clients that are still looking to purchase an investment property in the mountains of the Carolinas the cap rates are still strong and demand ,while not to 2021 levels, is still well above historical marks.
