🔎Pricing Remains Steady: Despite higher inventory, median sale prices are holding firm across the Bay. Homeowners are still sitting on record equity!
🔎Patience is Key: The "Median Days on Market" has climbed. Sellers who price correctly and highlight their home’s value are still winning, but buyers are taking more time to do their due diligence.
