More than 50 years in commission sales and customer service industries have taught me one important thing:
People deserve to feel heard, respected, and never pressured.

Real Estate is one of the biggest investments most people will make, and I believe it should never be about “hard selling.” It should be about listening, guiding, educating, and helping people make the best decision for themselves.

🩷🏡🇺🇸 I'm grateful to say that I was raised in a military family.
I had very caring parents, and I will always value what I was taught by them and always respecting our military.
I continue on in my life by carrying onwith their legacy, as they are now both in heaven.
I’m also very grateful to say that the very first Designation that I earned in Real Estate was my MRP certification, which MRP is an abbreviation for "Military Relocation Professional."
Without exception I'm always grateful when I am honored to serve those who stood for us!
May we all remember that the freedoms that we enjoy today were bought with a price that is called the "ultimate sacrifice".
Many families continue on each and every day missing their loved ones that were taken from them far too soon by their dedicated service to our country.
Their sacrifice should never be forgotten.

🩷🏡 My Seller‘s beautiful homes are visible in every place that I can imagine with placing them online in every venue along with advertising to well over 30K+ Realtors in several parts of Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
As a listing agent, to the best of my ability, I take my job very seriously and do my job with going “behind the Real Estate sign” in due diligence.
In many cases with unique homes such as these, what I am looking for is the “Needle in the haystack“ where a buyer is concerned.
There are those that think that Real Estate is an easy job as well with being a listing agent.
I’ll be the first to address that it requires much effort for listing agents and all realtors in general, especially if you are experiencing a challenging market.
In my book, if you do nothing you get nothing.
My sellers have given me a job to do and they are depending on me to get their homes sold.
I truly respond with action as if any home that I list was mine personally to sell.
With all shared, after doing my best these wonderful homes are turned over to God and I pray that we will have a buyer for these lovely Homes sooner than later!🩷
So, I hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend.
The lives of many Americans in Military uniform gave the ultimate sacrifice so that we could experience the freedom that we do today.
