Today has been a great day. Two years ago a client came in wanting to sell his mothers house. She had recently passed away. Unfortunately she had signed a reverse mortgage and the mortgage company was now trying to foreclose on the house, cutting my clients and his siblings share of the equity. Due to the great work of William Szydlowski, we were able to get all of the siblings to agree on a purchase price and today I get to hand all of the siblings checks for their share of their mothers estate. People had told them there was nothing they were able to do to rescue their mothers house and just walk away. That usually is not the case.
