📢 Florida’s Minimum Wage Is Increasing

Effective September 30, 2026, Florida’s minimum wage will increase to $15.00 per hour.

Employees should review their paychecks after the increase takes effect to make sure they are being paid at least the applicable minimum wage.

Employers are required to comply with Florida’s minimum wage requirements, and employees have legal protections when it comes to receiving the wages they have earned.

We’re looking for a great litigator with federal court experience who enjoys taking a case from start to finish. Employment law experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone with strong research, writing and analytical skills who is ready to take ownership of their cases.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of litigation experience
• Federal court experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Deposition and motion practice experience
• Familiarity with e-discovery and AI in litigation
• Admitted to The Florida Bar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
