We are pleased to share that Kathryn S. Piscitelli will serve as a presenter at the 52nd Public Employment Labor Relations Forum, co-sponsored by The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section.

Kathryn will present “Veteran’s Preference Law: Identifying Issues & Avoiding Pitfalls,” addressing important legal considerations under Florida’s Veteran’s Preference Law and helping public sector labor and employment professionals identify common issues and avoid potential missteps.

The forum will take place October 22 and 23 at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando.
