Guys, I officially survived Kid Virus 2026!!! (No Lettuce)

Apparently my body decided I needed a little forced rest because I have not left this house in THREE DAYS. But I’m back at it today and, as you can tell, I’m looking significantly more alive than I have been. Just ask Jaime. 😂
We’re also celebrating Josie turning NINE today! Happy Birthday, Josie! 🎂💗 And the kids officially went back to school Monday, which means we all know what’s coming next... We are basically sliding headfirst into the holidays. 😳 And with the holidays comes life getting busy and inevitably something at the house deciding it’s the PERFECT time to go sideways. AC goes out? Hot water heater decides it’s done? Need a plumber? Electrician? Attorney? Insurance person? Or maybe you just need someone to point you in the right direction?

After doing this for as long as I have, I have a pretty extensive list of professionals I trust and have worked with for years. These are people who have helped me, my family, my friends and my clients, and I’m always happy to share those relationships.
And it doesn’t have to mean you’re buying or selling a house tomorrow.
