As our Director of Marketing & Business Development, Caitlin is all about people. A Tampa native, she believes the best relationships go beyond business — they’re built by remembering the little things, staying connected, showing up, and genuinely caring about the people in our community!

That relationship-first mindset is exactly what she brings to MKPA as we continue building new partnerships and finding more ways to get involved throughout Tampa Bay.

Outside the office, Caitlin stays busy cycling, reading, watching baseball and football, and spending time with her kids, affectionately known as her “Smurfs.” 💙

We’re excited to officially welcome Ana to the MKPA team! 👏

Ana joins us as a Paralegal, where her attention to detail, organization, and ability to stay one step ahead help keep our cases (and our attorneys) on track!

And that ability to perform under pressure isn’t new. 🏀 Ana played collegiate basketball, an experience she credits with teaching her discipline, teamwork, time management, and how to juggle competing priorities.

Originally from Argentina, Ana moved to Florida at 16. Outside the office, you’ll usually find her traveling with family, golfing with her fiancé, or finding an excuse to be near the ocean!

We’re excited to officially welcome Siomara to the MKPA team! 👏

Siomara joins us as a Case Manager with more than 10 years of personal injury experience, but what stands out most is how much she genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems and making difficult situations feel a little more manageable!

Outside the office, Siomara is a mom of four with a VERY full house: cats, dogs, a bird, chickens AND guinea pigs. 🐾 She loves spending weekends with her family at the beach, exploring Florida’s springs, or getting everyone together for a cookout!
