This property started out in rough shape, but that’s the kind of project we love. Distressed homes, fire damage, heavy rehabs, the ones that make most people say “absolutely not” are usually the ones we get excited about.

Another one brought back to life in Middleburg, Florida!

This property had great potential from the start, and we’re proud to see it transformed into a beautiful home again. Projects like this are why we love what we do, taking houses that need work and turning them into something a new family can be proud of.
