As cannabis keeps being legalized in state after state and the federal government is fast tracking its move to schedule III, good hardworking patients are still fighting for the right to use medical ma*****na off work hours and keep their jobs. The discrimination has to stop and allow responsible adults to use a safe effective medicine to treat their conditions and maintain there employment.

This is likely another false positive. Over the past couple of years I have had about a dozen cases where cops have stated ma*****na tested for fentanyl. Not ONE of them has come back from the lab as testing positive for Fentanyl! NOT ONE! This is more a product of inaccurate roadside testing equipment rather than w**d actually having Fentanyl in it. If we pass Yes on 3 the cops would have likely NEVER had probable cause to search this persons vehicle.

Robert Buckingham, 40, is now facing charges of trafficking in fentanyl of 4 grams or more and is being held without bond.
