Happy National Intern Day!

Today, we’re celebrating our law clerks, Jules Batcher and Tatiana Llerena, and the dedication, curiosity, and hard work they bring to Minardi Law.

Jules is a rising third-year law student at St. Thomas University College of Law and President of the Drug Law and Policy Society.

Tatiana is a third-year law student at St. Thomas University College of Law and serves as the Society’s Vice President.

Both have taken on challenging legal research and writing projects this summer and have become valuable members of our team.

We’re grateful for their contributions and proud to support them as they continue building their legal careers. Thank you both for being such an important part of Minardi Law!

As cannabis keeps being legalized in state after state and the federal government is fast tracking its move to schedule III, good hardworking patients are still fighting for the right to use medical ma*****na off work hours and keep their jobs. The discrimination has to stop and allow responsible adults to use a safe effective medicine to treat their conditions and maintain there employment.
