What an incredible few days at the Buffini Leadership Conference in Dallas! ❤️
One of the highlights was getting to meet Brian Buffini himself! He was so gracious and took the time to stop and chat with us. Such a special moment!
Another highlight was finally meeting some of my amazing Buffini Group ladies IN PERSON! After more than two years of Zoom calls, it felt wonderful to finally share some hugs and laughs together! 🥰
The conference was filled with inspiring speakers, including Horst Schulze, co-founder and former president of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. His message about exceptional service, creating memorable experiences, and treating people with genuine care really resonated with me. It's a great reminder that the most successful businesses aren't just about what they do, but how they make people feel.
We also got a glimpse of some exciting new technology coming our way that will help us work smarter and serve the people who trust us with their real estate needs even better!
I loved connecting with so many wonderful real estate professionals from across the country, sharing ideas, and building new friendships.
I'm heading home feeling inspired, energized, and grateful! At the heart of my business has always been relationships, trust, and taking great care of people. I'm excited to put what I've learned into action, continue nurturing those relationships, and grow my business by doing what I love most, helping people! ❤️🏡
