2022 is off to a roaring start at MGPW Law. We have had numerous cases dropped after heated litigation. We were successful in getting an Armed Trafficking in Co***ne dropped by the prosecution after discovering dishonest search warrant applications.

We were successful in getting more serious drug allegations dismissed after heavy litigation and filing motions to dismiss and suppress evidence.

We discovered in litigation that the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is literally spying on citizens on the streets of Hillsborough County with their “eye on crime” cameras. It’s becoming a true invasion of our freedom.

We were successful in reducing the sentence of a young mother convicted of Felony Murder. Many people are not aware that in Florida you have a 60 day window to request a reduction and/or modification in sentence, if an appeal is denied. That window starts the day it is denied and you MUST act fast. We did, and our client’s sentence was reduced.

We were also successful in proving the INNOCENCE of a man accused of 6 counts of sexual battery in Hernando County. A Detective spoon fed details of our clients naked body to the accuser, and was recorded on video while committing such a horrible violation of the law. That same detective also helped plan a vicious attack against our client’s wife so she would lose custody of her other child.

We plan to make the rest of 2022 just as successful and fight for you! Don’t be scared. Don’t feel like you have to plea guilty. We will fight for you. Don’t be afraid to say “I did NOT do this!”

After years of litigation and multiple motion hearings, our client was found NOT GUILTY today of Trafficking in He**in and Battery of a Law Enforcement Officer. He was found guilty of a misdemeanor resisting without violence and avoids Florida State Prison. All of us here at MGPW Law are very pleased with this result and very happy for him, his family and children!
