Attorney Robert Sparks turned what started as a $40,000 settlement offer from the insurance company into a $200,000 award. Our client, a car accident victim requiring long-term medical care for back and neck injuries, was initially offered a meager settlement from the insurance carrier, who refused to accept responsibility for the accident. However, Attorney Sparks’ representation in litigation proved to be no match for the insurance company in the end.
