You won the eviction case. The tenant is still in your property. Now what? Here's what actually happens next. 🔑
A judgment for possession doesn't remove anyone. You need a Writ of Possession executed by the county sheriff. The sheriff posts notice. The tenant gets 24 hours to leave. If they don't , the sheriff returns to remove them.
Until that process is complete, you cannot change the locks or remove their belongings. Even after winning. That's Florida law.
