We are looking for a paralegal to work in our community association department. The ideal candidate will have experience in community association law, covenant enforcement, and litigation. Competitive salary and benefits.

Job responsibilities include: drafting and reviewing violation letters, pre-suit mediation letters, and pleadings; reviewing community governing documents to determine requirements and compliance; conducting legal research; scheduling mediations and court hearings; and assisting attorneys with other community association and litigation matters.

Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience as a paralegal or litigation legal assistant; excellent writing and verbal communication skills; community association law experience is a plus; deadline and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; and proficiency in excel and word.
