From my motion to voluntarily dismiss in DC District Court today:
Plaintiffs, xx, by and through their attorney, wish to move to dismiss as the Department of State and USCIS have made it clear they will not act legally or logically, and instead will drain my clients of all resources and sanity, we are asking to withdraw this case. God help this country.

Here in New Zealand to visit the indomitable Lana Lulu. Got up at 5 AM to be online for an immigration hearing in AZ. Only to find… Their Internet is down and so it’s getting rescheduled. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

There is nothing more satisfying than having a client become a citizen after you’ve gone through the whole long process with them. Bringing them over from their home country, helping them adjust, removing conditions, and now, this!  (it doesn’t hurt that his wife is stellar awesome)
