Think you can't get arrested for DUI if you haven't been drinking or doing drugs?

Well two of my clients were arrested by the SAME OFFICER, on the SAME NIGHT! The officer said he smelled alcohol on their breath, arrested them, they both blew .000 and their urine tested clean for drugs. Their cases were eventually dismissed, but not after having their cars impounded, mugshot online, license suspended, and thousands in legal fees. I see a lot of weak cases, but these two were the worst because the officer flat out lied on video and in his sworn report, twice in one night. He is on duty tonight, stay safe.
