Great result here in Bremerton, Washington for our Navy Chief. Headed to Great Falls, Montana (of all places) tomorrow for a big jury trial we have coming up. Will be my first time in Montana, I’m hoping for the full Dutton Yellowstone range experience. - TB

Back in Germany fighting the good fight.

09/15/2025

You were accused.
The prosecutors declined to take the case.
But now the command wants to separate you anyway, slap you with an Other Than Honorable, destroy your name, and send you out like a criminal.

****Even though you were never found guilty of anything.****

I’ve seen this play out too many times.
If that’s you, don’t sit back. Stand up.

You’re NOT guilty. And you deserve to fight for your future.

09/12/2025

You don’t win a separation board by attacking.
You win by making them think.
I’ve seen board members stop mid-deliberation and say,
“This doesn’t add up.”
“I don’t believe the command.”
“This Marine doesn’t deserve to be separated.”
That only happens when you build trust, stay calm, and walk them through the truth.
Not emotion.
Not drama.
Strategy.

09/10/2025

Think senior leaders are immune from separation boards?
They’re not.

I’ve defended Colonels and Division-Level Sergeant Majors - - - because once someone wants you gone, rank won’t save you.

The military has procedures in place to separate even the highest-ranking enlisted and officers.
It just gets more political.
More pressure.
More eyes on the outcome.
If you’re wearing stars or rockers, and you’re in the crosshairs you better take it seriously.

09/08/2025

You think your board will be fair?
Don’t count on it.
Most board members are handpicked and many already lean toward separation before you even walk in.

That’s why I research them.
I learn who they are, what they’ve done, and how they think.
Then I shape the case with them in mind.

Because this isn’t just about evidence. It’s about influence.
And if you don’t take that seriously, you’re already behind.

09/05/2025

I don’t defend separation boards like courtrooms... because they’re not.

There’s no judge.
No rules of evidence.
No subpoena power.

So I don’t waste time playing by rules that don’t exist.

I run investigations.
I use the same tools the government should’ve used.
I flip hearsay.
I educate the board.

Because this isn’t a legal argument. It’s a fight. And if you’re walking in thinking it’s just paperwork, you’ve already lost.

09/03/2025

I’ve seen it happen...
A service member spends 20 years serving honorably, gets flagged for separation, and walks out with nothing.

No retirement.
No benefits.
No rank.

Not because they were convicted. Not because they were even charged.
Because a command used an administrative board to end their career.

If you’re in this fight, you’re not just defending your name. You’re defending a $3 million retirement.
And you only get one shot.

08/29/2025

You’d think if prosecutors dropped your case, you’d be in the clear.
You’re not.

Commands are using administrative separation boards to kick people out with zero criminal conviction and almost no legal safeguards.

No subpoena power.
No ability to cross-examine accusers.
Hearsay is allowed.

Most of the time, you’re defended by a brand-new JAG who’s still learning the ropes.
This isn’t justice. This is a process designed to push people out without a fight.
