I successfully completed another week of training, this time in Pennsylvania. I am thrilled when NAK Training LLC provides me with the opportunity to visit new locations. Although the training content remains consistent, the experience of interacting with new individuals in different areas greatly enhances my sense of accomplishment. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff and leadership of ROP for allowing me to train at their facility once again.

This was an outstanding week in Little Rock doing what I am passionate about. Conducting ART and T4C trainings with staff from Nebraska, Florida, Texas, and several counties in Arkansas was an absolute privilege. Thank you ROP for allowing me once again to train your staff!

NAK Training LLC was established on January 15, 2016. We didn’t mark our ten year anniversary, but while paying the annual report fee, it struck me how far we’ve come. This is all thanks to the support of the DJJ family and the providers, which has enabled our small company to reach this milestone. Let’s continue to deliver high-quality training for staff to provide the best services for the youth in our care.

Another successful two day MI training session for the Wayne’s Halfway House facilities has been completed! Training is essential for guiding successful staff, which can and will lead to success of the youth in their care. Congratulations to 13 exceptional trainees, it was my honor to be your MI instructor.

I recently completed the Thinking for a Change training in Arkansas, which was a productive experience. The staff was impressive, and the host facility was accommodating. The training consisted of four days of learning, laughter, and development. I thank Rites of Passage for organizing this training.
