Greenlee Law Tampa is hiring!
We are seeking a Legal Assistant / Executive Assistant (hybrid) to serve as a trusted right hand for both legal work and day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Tech-savvy (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive)
- Professional and proactive
- Comfortable managing schedules, travel logistics, and the day-to-day needs that keep a practice running smoothly
This role includes a mix of legal support, executive coordination, and operational tasks—including errands that directly support the efficiency and success of the firm.
Part-time to start (15–25 hours/week), with opportunity to grow into full-time. $25–$35+/hour, depending on experience.
Hybrid schedule (remote + in-office near downtown Tampa).
