No bidding wars. Everything is brand new. Builder incentives sound great.

And during a PCS — when you’re under time pressure — that can feel like the obvious choice.

But here’s what most military buyers don’t realize:
👉 The builder rep works for the builder. Not for you.

Which means you’re walking into one of the biggest financial decisions of your life:
* signing contracts you’ve never seen before
* trusting incentive structures that aren’t always as straightforward as they sound
* and negotiating with a company that does this every single day

All while being the only one at the table without representation.

That’s where mistakes happen. And not small ones.
