Whenever I come across teams with trust deficits or struggling to come together into high-performing unit, it's incredible how often I see superficial and surface conversations and a complete lack of presence with each other. Radical presence means turning off the mental and creating a deep, authentic connection with one another. Without this, no team can shift towards innovating a new future and become high performing.

McKinsey shares insightful priorities for CEOs in 2024, as they consistently do each year – a trend seen across various professional services firms. However, what's often missing is a dialogue or discourse on whether current CEOs possess the emotional, spiritual, moral, and mental agility needed to sufficiently address these increasingly demanding priorities that essentially tip the scales of our humanity.
