Joe, a lifetime Tallmadge resident, opened Mosholder Realty at 71 West Avenue in Tallmadge, behind the restaurant currently known as Delanie's. Mosholder Realty remained and expanded at that location until it outgrew the facility. In November 2004, the company moved to it's present location at 10 Northwest

Avenue. The new office is now home to Mosholder Realty, Homes by Mosholder, and D.B. Bill Mosholder, Joe's son, joined Mosholder Realty in 1976, and has been it's broker/owner since 1981. Meeting the real estate needs of the Tallmadge community and the surrounding area has been the primary goal of Mosholder Realty. The principles of hard work, honesty, integrity, and professionalism were the foundation on which Mosholder Realty was built and the foundation on which it is run today. Since the mid 1980's, Mosholder Realty has been involved with all facets of construction: renovations, additions, and new home construction of homes and offices. The construction division, now known as Homes by Mosholder, built its first home in 1983. That company has built a reputation of a quality custom home builder. The homes are all custom designed by Joe Viscomi, who is the draftsman/project coordinator. Joe is a third generation construction tradesman, who has been in the business since 1977. Starting in the 1990's, Mosholder has started new developments in Tallmadge- bringing to the community: Oak Grove Village Condominiums, Heritage Commons Office Condos, and Stonegate Reserve custom homes with condo conveniences. We believe in Tallmadge and are proud to invest in the development of our community. The slogan is "The People Caring Company Since 1964" and after forty years it still proves true.
