I had a busy day today. No Christmas shopping, no decorating, no wrapping presents…..if you KNOW me, you probably know already!

I helped an out of state buyer close on this building today. An hour later I was helping my seller close on this nice home. Congratulations!

I got a contract signed, for a buyer, tonight. Hopefully we have an offer, on their home they are selling, tomorrow after being on the market 3 days. And I helped a past client come up with a list price on their home. They are most likely getting a job out of state and now need to leave their dream home and paradise and go to the big city after the holidays.

Oh what did you do today……just a little work like most days……
Oh and I picked up my past clients gifts that I can’t wait to deliver!
