I caution you all to be careful as to what insurance companies are putting in your contracts. A reduction of a few dollars, but to no longer have an advocate to assist you isn't a fair exchange. If you do not have an adjuster, litigation might be the only way you can receive your needed payments.

Thank you to FAPIA for allowing me to represent you and to attend FAPIA LIVE last weekend. It was an education to see how Public Adjusters help the public receive their money for damage to their homes and property. Enjoyed representing clients at the first Florida Gaming Commission meeting. Glad to see the Commissioners select Lou Trombetta as the first Executive Director. He is very qualified and will be great to work with in the future.

Great week working with the Florida Board of Accountancy to get a client their license. Glad to represent the client and really appreciated the professionalism of the Board staff and members. They made the process much better.

I encourage all people that live in or visit Florida to pay close attention this week. The legislature will discusses billions of dollars that will or could have been used for many of the projects and people we depend on or need to improve over the next few years. The Compact with the Seminole Tribe is for 30 years. That is a long time for a mistake or error. I wish all those involved the best of luck and hope they make good decisions.
