I caution you all to be careful as to what insurance companies are putting in your contracts. A reduction of a few dollars, but to no longer have an advocate to assist you isn't a fair exchange. If you do not have an adjuster, litigation might be the only way you can receive your needed payments.

It was an education to see how Public Adjusters help the public receive their money for damage to their homes and property. I appreciated the opportunity to speak and present at the FIFEC conference this week concerning issues of fraud in the insurance industry. I look forward to continuing to work with our partners in these industries in the future.
