Steve spent several years in the construction industry, then took that knowledge a became an attorney in 1994 with a primary focus in construction law and business litigation. He's earned board certification in construction law, business litigation, and civil trial, a rare achievement to obtain all three.

Steve now brings that experience to his mediations and arbitrations as a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, a qualified Circuit Arbitrator and AAA Arbitrator on their Contraction and Consumer panels.

We’re excited for Steve to join O'Steen & O'Steen, where he can use his extensive knowledge of the construction matters and business disputes to help parties resolve cases in the most efficient and effective way possible.
