Real estate is so glamorous ✨🏡

Until the appraiser starts talking about smells, and somebody has to crawl into a place nobody should ever have to crawl into 🤢

We're looking back at some of our favorite Transactions on Tap moments, from the recording where EVERYTHING went wrong to Dr. Cobb's inspiring story about giving back to the Tallahassee community.

And yes, Zack finally learned how to pronounce picocuries. We're very proud 👏

Some people have hobbies. Other people need 10 acres to support their hobbies 🌳

Got an RV? ✅
A boat? ✅
A workshop full of projects you'll definitely finish someday? ✅
Guests who need their own cabin? ✅

3232 Robinson Oak Drive might be just what you're looking for!

Some home features get the likes 👍 Others get the money 💰

According to Zillow, open shelving generates about 15% more online buyer engagement, but has almost no impact on sale price.

Meanwhile, quartzite countertops were associated with roughly 5% higher sale prices compared to similar homes.

Looking expensive and being valuable aren't always the same thing 💸

One of the best parts of real estate is getting to meet some pretty awesome people along the way 😎

Congratulations to our awesome buyer, and thanks for letting us be part of the journey 🤘
