*Position Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Legal Assistant/Escrow Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our attorneys and escrow officers. No prior experience is required—training will be provided. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and
comfortable working in a professional office environment.
*Responsibilities
• Prepare, format, and proofread basic legal documents and correspondence
• Organize and maintain client files and records
• File documents with courts and agencies
• Answer phones, greet clients, and handle office communications
• Assist with data entry and general office tasks
• Assist with opening, processing, and closing escrow files
• Prepare and review escrow documents and disclosures
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate escrow records
*Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, data entry)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Ability to manage multiple files
