This tribute is in honor of my accomplished mother, Judge Carol Fuller, who co-founded our law firm alongside my father. Her legacy as one of the first female judges in Washington state is a testament to her pioneering spirit and lifelong dedication to justice. Judge Fuller faithfully served the people of Washington with integrity for many years before returning to lead our firm.

I am forever grateful for her inspiration and mentorship, and for the foundation she laid for our firm’s commitment to compassionate and respectful service for all our clients. Her legacy lives on in every case we handle.

Steps to Take After An Accident

At the scene
•Call 911 and stay calm.
•If it is safe, don’t move the vehicles until the police arrive.
•Turn on your hazard lights.
•Take photos of both vehicles involved.
•Exchange information, if possible.
•Obtain names and phone numbers from witnesses at the scene.

Medical care
•Don’t delay getting medical care if you are injured.
•Get an o-work slip from the doctor if needed.

Insurance
•Report the accident to your own insurance, even if you are not at fault.
•Be cautious about what statements you make to the other insurance company.
•They are trained to ask damaging questions.
•Don’t sign medical authorizations for the other insurance company.
•Know and protect your rights
