We are very excited for this upcoming event, be sure to mark your calendars and come out for a fun event.
🦇⚰️ BOO! The coffin has officially been nailed shut! ⚰️🦇
Our Early Bird and Second Wave vendor applications for the 3rd Annual Tacoma Halloween Parade & Spooky Street Fair are now CLOSED! 👻
Thank you to all of the incredible artists, makers, food vendors, nonprofits, and spooky small businesses who applied to be part of this year's event. We are blown away by the talent and can't wait to build another unforgettable Halloween celebration in Tacoma.
🪦 What's next?
🕸️ Double check your SPAM/JUNK folders as some approvals have already gone out!
📧 All who have applied as of today: acceptance, waitlist, and denial emails will be sent by THIS FRIDAY. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder).
A few important reminders for accepted vendors:
🎃 Invoices will only be sent after acceptance.
💀 Vendor fees are due in full by September 1. We will send one payment reminder. Unpaid booths will be released to our waitlist—no exceptions.
🕷️ Booth fees are non-refundable except in the case of a documented medical emergency.
Our event is proudly privately produced, volunteer-run, and community-funded. We are not city-funded or a nonprofit. Every vendor fee and sponsorship dollar goes directly toward producing a safe, accessible, and magical event—from permits, street closures, and the nearly $15,000 in anti-vehicle barricades and safety infrastructure!
🖤 We are incredibly honored to welcome our growing family of sponsors who are helping make this year's event possible:
🎃 Presenting Sponsor Washington State Horror Con
🕸️ Frighthouse Station
🦇 Puget Sound Estate Law
🍂 LeafFilter Gutter Protection
💚 The Health Connection
🍬 Almond Roca
Please show these amazing businesses some love—they're investing in a free community event that continues to grow bigger, safer, and spookier every year!
Thank you for believing in this event and helping us continue to build one of the Pacific Northwest's most delightfully spooky Halloween traditions.
See you in the Proctor District on Saturday, October 17! 🎃👻🦇
