My active duty military clients scored this 2yr old home and are assuming the sellers 4.65% interest rate on their VA loan! This allowed them to purchase a home that was about 50k higher than they would have been able to spend on a home at todays rates. They were referred to me by a friend, and we met for the first time over zoom as they won’t be here for a visit until next month. This home popped up sooner than we were expecting to find one, and I was able to get over there asap for a video tour with them. I am the boots on the ground here for all of my out of town clients! Along with detailed tour of the house, I toured them around the neighborhood and showed them the view from each window so there would be no unpleasant surprises when they get here. I love being able to take care of our service members who have put theirs lives on the line for us! I can’t wait to welcome them to WA!! 🫶🏼

Congratulations to my sweet buyers!! I am so excited to see the transformation that is going to happen at this property!

In order to best serve your clients, you have to truly understand their specific needs and what will work best for them. These particular clients are first time homebuyers, but they’re not your typical first time homebuyers. The main reason for that is that they own a construction company. So they’re capability to transform a property is much more vast than the average first time homebuyer.

We were able to find an amazing property that needed some renovating, and probably would’ve scared off most buyers/agents. I think a lot of agents who aren’t forward thinking or investment minded would’ve strongly discouraged them from purchasing this property. And there were many hoops for us to jump through to get to the finish line.

But this property is a gold mine! It is nestled between 2 higher end neighborhoods, and is already zoned for up to 4 residential structures. It has the capability of bringing my sweet buyers an enormous return on their investment, and that is just what it will do.

I knew my clients capability to handle this project, and I can’t wait to watch it come to fruition!!

It was a PINK out today at Women’s Council of Realtors 🩷
Our event today was so packed full of tax saving tips, the whole room was on the edge of our seats!!

This panel was INCREDIBLE!! We had Jake Hanes with Action Tax, Molly Axworthy with Edward Jones, and Jennifer Keen with IPX1031. They were on FIRE, and the beautiful way that these industries correlate & interweave with one another is fascinating. These professionals are the BEST!

Make sure that you have an incredible CPA, who works with an incredible FA, and an incredible 1031 exchange facilitator. You could save yourself THOUSANDS of dollars!! 💴
