Imagine you’re headed home from your direct trail access to over 30 miles of riding, running, and “I should really do more cardio” opportunities.

Inside, this place feels like a Northwest lodge. Imagine being a rugged Pacific Northwest legend. Or, at least, reading about one.

Feels so good getting this one under contract after my buyers were outbid twice before.

But the wait was worth it — they landed a real gem on a quiet street. And honestly, I’ve loved all the extra time in the car with my out-of-state buyers 😉 🚗🎶
