When I first started in Real Estate, over 11 years ago, this young man and his little sister had to come along when I met up with clients cause there was nobody to help me baby sit them on short notice which often happened due to clients wanting to see homes ASAP, or late in the evenings or weekends. They patiently sat there quietly during the 3 hrs home inspections and he even helped me set up bedding for a military family of 4 that PCS'ed to Fort Lewis, arrived late at night, didn't bring anything but suitcases and planned on going to Walmart after arrival to get some air mattresses etc.
I am also very grateful to all my clients that understood as to why I had to bring my kids along. It was either that, or sorry I can't show you this home.
I believe that Real Estate and helping people to find their dream home has a lot to do with connecting with each other. That is why my clients understood my needs, that is why I understood my clients needs....which many of them turned into long term friendships.
