Proud to announce this condo sale on the 18th fairway of Oakbrook Golf Club in Lakewood.

This was the first “retail” sale of a residence in the four unit building since it was built in the 70’s. Because of that we had to jump through quite a few hoops to secure a successful transaction all the way to closing.

Luckily, the Sellers were knowledgeable, patient, and flexible as we worked out the kinks and got this one done for them.
