Double Z Property Management provides property management in Spanaway, Tacoma, Puyallup, Edgewood, Frederickson, Graham, Lakewood, Yelm, Roy, and North Thurston County. Founded in 1993, Double Z Property Management maintains a philosophy to manage every property as if it were our own and to return the owner's investment back to the owner in the same shape as it was handed to us (minus wear and tea

r). We understand the individual needs of our clients. Doing the job effectively and efficiently with a personal approach has allowed us to create long standing relationships with our owners, tenants, and vendors. This individual style of management requires dedicated, educated, and experienced personnel. We strive to ensure that we provide our owners and tenants with comprehensive and timely services while abiding by the Landlord Tenant Law. Our in-house maintenance department will provide guaranteed quality repairs at rates cheaper than other local general contractors. We will never authorize any work without the owner's knowledge, and we pledge to find the best prices possible for repairs that require a different level of expertise. Most of our homes are the results of referrals from satisfied clients and real estate professionals who are aware of the superior service that we provide to all our clients.

Thinking about fireworks before the Fourth of July? 🎆
Now’s a great time to brush up on the rules before you buy or light anything. Fireworks laws vary across Pierce County, so be sure to check what’s allowed where you live.

In unincorporated Pierce County, fireworks are only legal on July 4 from 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.

👉🏼The Fireworks shows at the Friday Rainers Game are legal. No need to report.

👉🏼 Fireworks shows at the Puyallup Tribe are legal and they sell them at the firecracker ally on 72nd Street.

🚨One more reminder that personal fireworks are prohibited in Tacoma.

The Poverty Summit: Transforming Systems Together will be held from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, at the Evergreen State College Tacoma (1210 6th Ave. in Tacoma). Online registration is required.
