🏡 Just Sold & Just Sold! 🎉

I wouldn’t recommend doing this, but sometimes people want a change or a bigger house. Phay purchased her house about 11 months ago and, after living there a few months, decided she wanted a bigger home. Long story short, we needed to sell her property 45k more than she purchased to move on to the next home. After two failed buyers, the third one was a charm. Both houses she was able to get into with the seller paid closing costs and ended up keeping her mortgage the same. With market volatility, high interest rates and alot of housing inventory, it’s shifted into a buyers’ market. Most sellers have to conduct repairs or cover the closing cost.

After 2 plus years, I was finally able to hand Pastor Robert Kingdom Glorious the keys to their new church! With no options on the market, I had to reach out to vacant churches via call/text/email and letters. Once we found a property that would work with a church, house and 10 acres. We had a lot of lenders who wouldn’t approve the loan, and it seemed we wouldn’t be able to complete the purchase. After using all the resources possible, Umpqua Bank was willing to take a chance on the church and after 60 days gave us the clear to close. Big thank you to Tacoma First Baptist for opening their doors. ⛪️
