Sugarman Law Firm participated in the recently held Defense Research Institute (DRI) Governmental Liability Conference. The conference, which is the largest defense-oriented civil rights conference in the country, welcomed attendees from all levels of government and professionals involved in law enforcement and governmental issues to Nashville, Tennessee from August 19-21, 2021. At the conference, Sugarman’s Paul V. Mullin, Esq. presented one of the nation’s leading civil rights lawyers to the group and led the presentation to enlighten the attendees on the handling of a civil rights case from the perspective of the plaintiff. The attendees were educated on the plaintiff’s perspective in order to assist the attendees in defending civil rights claims.
