The Utica Steam Cotton Building

We are excited to announce the start of construction on the rehabilitation of the National Register listed Utica Steam Cotton Building at 600 State Street, Utica, New York. This 90,000SF historic gem is located in the heart of downtown Utica, across the street from the new MVHS hospital and is the connector property between the Central Business District and the Varick Street nightlife, entertainment and brewery district.

The end result will be a mixed-use facility serving the expanding residential needs of downtown Utica and providing commercial space supporting the growth of the medical community in the neighborhood. All made possible with support provided by Five Star Bank, Foss & Company, Empire State Development, National Grid, the Utica Industrial Development Agency and the development team.
