White Man's Justice Black Man's Grief Update: On July 13, 2021, I submitted a Writ of Certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court (cf. Writ of Certiorari to the American People @ manvsthemachine.com) documenting the fabrication of evidence by government to secure my arrest/conviction for a federal nonviolent drug offense.
For those that don't know, American citizens do not have an automatic right to have their legal claims adjudicated by the highest Court in the land, irrespective of the flippant disregard of due process and judicial scrutiny from the Courts below ( hence, ), you have to be granted permission. The U.S. Supreme Court is the hardest Court to gain entry in to; they only here approximately 70 of the estimated 7,000 "Petitions for Writ" received per year. In jurisprudence, having your case heard before the U.S. Supreme Court is tantamount to winning the lottery.
Furthermore, historically, it's also the most racist Court in the land (e.g., its first 57 Justices were all salve owners; it affirmed slavery and then Jim Crow segregation; and now Voter Suppression again).
Thus, the chances that a Pro Se Black Man's "Petition for Writ" is granted to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court is slim to none. This system is really designed to incarcerate Blacks & Latinos disproportionately, then pretend to give them due process, while literally throwing away the key. Nevertheless I will exhaust my remedies! I Will Keep You All Abreast of any Decision I Receive from the U.S. Supreme Court regarding My Fight 4 Freedom.
