Sold and Settled - Summerwind Farm

This one took some creativity, patience, and cooperation from the government of Uzbekistan but we got it closed and so a HUGE congratulations to my clients, Bob and Debra LaPorta!

International transactions are always a bit extra complicated, but we persevered and I made sure to protect my clients during extensions and the farm will now be home to FEI jumping horses coming to the US to train and compete. World class facilities for world class horses!

This one was also a bit bittersweet as my clients had purchased the farm as a cornfield and turned it into a nationally recognized Reining barn and turned out many champions over the years. It was an honor to shepherd this farm to its new owners. I'm excited to follow their progress.
