Who has the time to keep up with social media while closing so many deals and somehow still living a busy life as a mom of two littles? One of the highlights of my November closings was a creative finance purchase where the buyers got an amazing deal on their dream home via seller financing. It’s a win win for the buyer and the seller. Please reach out with any creative financing questions you might have!! In the middle of this busy month, I was able to take my family on a celebratory cruise to honor my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. Of course, thanks to the team for helping while I was away. Team work makes the dream work.
