Emil John "Miles" Servant IV, Vice President, is a third generation Realtor at Surfside Realty Company specializing in Residential & Commercial Sales, Residential Development, Property Management and Vacation Rentals. Born and raised in Surfside Beach from 8 years old he grew up in the real estate industry performing in every area of the business. Miles received his B.S from the University of Sout
h Carolina in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management where he was also a member of the Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity and Eta Sigma Delta Honors Society. He is also active in the local community serving; Surfside Beach Rotary Club, Young Professional Network for the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, where he is an active member and is a graduate of the LeadershipCCAR program. Always looking for ways to increase his knowledge and grow professionally led him to the Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development (MRED) program at UNC Charlotte. Mr. Servant has extensive experience in financial modeling, construction, feasibility studies, real estate law, and marketing to go along with his families 62 years of local knowledge. When he is not working Miles loves to spend time on the water, playing basketball, traveling, snow skiing and is an avid fan of South Carolina Gamecocks Athletics & the Pittsburgh Steelers. Servant resides in Murrells Inlet with his fiancée Brett, golden-doodle Ivee and chocolate lab Costa.
