Hello!! It's been a minute. Hi to my new friends and a little update to those that have been around for a bit.

👋 First: thank you.

For the follows, the likes, the shares, the referrals, all of it. I see it, I appreciate it, and I don't take a single bit of it for granted.

Quick update on me, in no particular order:

🐾 I'm dog mom to Toosi, my 4 year old rescued Bernedoodle (6 months in and still obsessed). Daily walks are a must. We're doing private lessons at Zoom Room and honestly, the future is wide open, agility dog? Therapy dog? TBD.

✈️ I love to travel, and I've officially added "hit every Disney park" to my bucket list, because apparently I'm never too old for Space Mountain.

☕ Lately I'm all in on matcha, crafting, reading, and trying every new restaurant I can find. Fun is the goal.

🏡 And then there's the business: I'm a Realtor in the Phoenix Metro area (North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Peoria, North Glendale, NW Valley), and I've helped everyone from first time buyers getting their very first keys to clients closing on luxury homes. 💜

My newest passion project? Helping women get something that is 100% theirs. A home, an investment, a safety net, call it what you want. You've probably seen some of the posts lately, that's Her Wealth Era, and I hope you can make it to our launch event!

A little behind-the-scenes look at what I’ve been working on for my buyers this year. 🏡❤️

One of the things I love most about being a REALTOR® is getting to be the person in my clients’ corner when it comes time to negotiate.

So far this year, I’ve negotiated more than $140,000 in price reductions and seller concessions for my buyers.

And that doesn’t include the repairs we’ve negotiated along the way. Sometimes it’s been a seller-paid interest rate buy-down or closing costs. Sometimes it’s a home warranty. Sometimes it’s been negotiating for plumbing repairs, roof repairs, and everything in between including one plumbing repair that was around $15,000.

Every situation is different, and I never know what a seller will agree to. But I do know that I’m going to ask, advocate, and do everything I can to make sure my clients are getting the best possible deal.

I think sometimes people see the pretty part of real estate the houses, the keys, the closing photos. 🔑

But there is SO much that happens behind the scenes

You never know what you’re going to uncover once you’re under contract. That’s why having someone in your corner matters. ❤️

One thing I’m seeing more of with Phoenix-area sellers? They’re planning ahead.

And if you're hoping to be out of your home and into your next chapter by November or December, waiting until October to start thinking about selling could put you behind.
