As I was looking over my numbers this week, I realized something that means far more to me than any statistic.

Behind every closing is a family making a change, a retiree beginning a new chapter, a seller saying goodbye to a home they loved, or a buyer finding a place to call home.

I'm grateful for every person who trusted me to help them through that process.

This year has been filled with new friendships, challenges, lessons, and opportunities to serve the Kings Point and Sun City Center communities that I love so much.

Thank you to every client, friend, neighbor, title agent, lender, contractor, and referral partner who has been part of the journey.

The numbers tell one story, but the relationships are what matter most.

Some transactions are about real estate. Others are about people.

A while back, I had the pleasure of helping one of the nicest couples find their perfect home in Kings Point—a beautiful property backing up to water and an active golf course. After that experience, they trusted me to help their son sell his home in Ruskin.

This five-year-old single-family home is absolutely beautiful. It features three bedrooms, a fenced backyard, and a fantastic kitchen that overlooks the living room—perfect for family gatherings and everyday living.

Now, we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Selling outside of Kings Point always brings a few surprises. I proudly put a sign in the yard, only to discover that the HOA had other ideas and sent a letter saying it needed to come down. Once the sign came down, that’s when we pretty much sold it!

Who needs a sign anyway? 😊

What I’ll remember most about this transaction isn’t the contract—it’s Natalie and Andy. They are the kind of people who would drop everything to help someone else. Genuine, caring, and kind in every sense of the word.

I thank God every day for the people this business brings into my life. Some clients become friends, and some leave a lasting impression long after the closing table.

This one’s not just another pending.

It’s another reminder of how fortunate I am to do what I do. ❤️

🏡 PENDING! 🏡

Some transactions are about more than just real estate.

This one involved two brothers selling their father’s home. From the very beginning, they approached every step with kindness, patience, and gratitude. Together, we tackled a huge project—clearing out an entire home, coordinating furniture removal, professionally cleaning the property, and preparing it for the market.

Their father’s home offered a beautiful water view and wonderful potential. While it needed a few updates, buyers could easily see what made it special.

What impressed me most wasn’t the home—it was the people.

Even when I copied them on emails to the title company, they always took a moment to wish everyone a good weekend or offer a kind word. In a world that often feels rushed, they consistently chose kindness.

Their dad clearly did an amazing job raising them.

Today, we’re under contract, and while I’m excited for them, I know this is another one of those transactions I’ll miss when it’s over. One of the greatest gifts of being a Realtor is meeting incredible people and becoming part of their journey, even if only for a little while.

Pending ALERT!!

This is a bit of a different real estate journey that I am a part of…

Our very dear friends made the difficult decision to leave Kings Point because life has grown beautifully bigger for them. Between family and friends constantly visiting, they simply need a larger home with more space to gather, laugh, and make memories together.

They trusted me to sell their home, and in this very challenging Buyer’s market, we were blessed to have their beautiful home go under contract in just 15 days. We’ve had a few bumps and bruises over the last couple of days, but all is well… and all will be well as we move toward a successful closing.

Now the next chapter begins as we start searching for their new home in Sun City Center. For many of us in Kings Point, this feels bittersweet. We love this couple dearly and honestly can’t imagine them not being part of our gated community every single day.

But let’s be honest… they probably do need that third bedroom for all of us who will inevitably end up “accidentally” staying too late and needing a place to crash because we can’t drive our golf carts home after dusk. ❤️

Sometimes life changes, friendships grow, and home simply means making room for the people you love most. 🏠
